The store sells products to adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs.
The products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer data is treated confidentially. The contact information in demand in connection with the order is used to fulfill the order, clarify the ambiguities, maintain the customer relationship and communicatewith thecustomer. The data will not be used for anything else unless otherwise specified. When ordering from an online store, you are required to familiarise yourself with and commit to the terms of delivery in force at any time.

The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which payment options include invoice, part payment, card payment and online banking payments.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When visiting customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery options and charges
Shipping costs include postage and packing costs. In the shopping cart, we will present an estimate of future shipping costs according to the preferred delivery method. You can see the exact shipping rates after you have selected the payment and shipping methods you want for the order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents and the total weight of the cart. You can choose the best option for you in the delivery methods available at checkout, where the exact shipping cost is presented.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Commonly the products leave our warehouse no later than the next business day. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been provided if the shopping cart has out-of-stock products and we also inform you of any delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeantity or for indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and suitable for resale. When making a cancellation, you must make a cancellation notice by email firstname.lastname@example.org or to PureProtein Finland Oy, Syväojankatu 3A, 87700 Kajaani. In the cancellation notice, you must enter your name, address, order date, product and reason for the cancellation, your account number for refunding the money. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in original condition and in the original packaging. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return.
If you wish to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. We will refund the full amount you have paid within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice if the product has been returned or has been demonstrably delivered to the return address by post office.

The right of cancellation does not apply to goods delivered sealed and the seal of which has been broken. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are rapidly perishable or ageing.
Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that has not been the subject of a separate cancellation notice, we charge delivery costs.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise match your order, you must notify the address mentioned in the Cancellation Rights and Return Terms section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact details within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in the transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the transport company of the delivery method of your choice.
